Instructional Technology Assistant (PT)

Salary: $13 per hour
Duties:
  • Reports to the Director of Instructional Technology
  • Provides administrative and clerical support to the director and in support of the operation of the Instructional Technology department
  • Provides Blackboard technical support to students and faculty in-person, through email, and through the 1-800 help line
  • Assists the Program Coordinators in the preparation and uploading of Blackboard course content
  • Assists the Director with the Online Student Evaluation process
  • Schedules workshops in 25Live, creates workshop registration sheets, and processes workshop registrations
  • Assists in the preparation of faculty workshops
  • Monitors and orders supplies for Instructional Technology, including repair orders
  • Related duties as assigned
Minimum Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree
  • Demonstrated administrative skills
  • Demonstrated organizational and clerical skills
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate effectively orally and in writing
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and familiarity with PDF and image files
  • Knowledge of simple Web page development
  • Ability to prioritize work and meet deadlines

This position requires scheduling to include evenings and weekends and duties at any Atlantic Cape location.
